“I told the service guy I see why they get all 5-star reviews. He could have recommended a very costly repair for my fridge. But instead, he recommended I buy a new one. He said there was a good chance I’d have further issues in the not too distant future and it would be smarter to put the money I’d spend on the repair towards a new one. This advice meant less money for him and his employer, but it was the best resolution for me. I greatly appreciate his honesty and professionalism.
