“Colby was great! He was willing to tell my husband over the phone things to try and fix the dishwasher himself before we called him out. He also gave us approximate prices of part too. Well, we ended up calling him out and then he gave up pricing of what part would be to have repaired so we could decide if should fix or buy a new one. We had left him a message right before the 4th of July holiday and he was very quick to call us back right away this morning.
